  I’ve waited a year to write this review so I could assess my post-install experience, and I have nothing but good things to say about this company. LA Solar did an excellent job overall, including all of the preliminary steps, permitting, and the install. All of the employees were courteous and professional, and the job went off without a hitch. They offered us the lowest quote, and our system has been performing perfectly so far. If you live in Fresno and are thinking of going solar, I highly recommend asking them for a quote.

  I initially went with LA Solar because they gave me the lowest quote, but they also ended up giving me fabulous customer service! My sales rep kept in frequent communication and was very informative when it came to all of my questions, including financing options and the HERO property tax program. They took care of all of the city, utility and HOA approvals for me, and had me up and running shortly after they came through. They really did a good job of keeping things moving. I highly recommend LA Solar Group.

  We decided it was worth it pay a bit more for LA Solar after we saw their stellar reviews, and we were right. The office staff always responded to our questions promptly. They also worked very hard to get our system installed by the end of the year so we could get the tax credit right away. Even so, they did not cut corners - our installation looks great! Very happy with LA Solar.

  I chose LA Solar because they gave me the lowest quote - MUCH lower than the ones I got from other companies. And even though they were less expensive, they still used quality equipment. I did run into some issues with the installation (which is why this review is only for 4 stars), but they were attentive about fixing them. What I appreciate the most is the post-install customer service. When I had a bad panel, they came out and replaced it in 2 days (even though they already had my money)! I’m very satisfied to know that LA Solar will still be there when I need them.

  Poor experience so far. My project has been plagued with delays and miscommunications, and it’s now 2 months behind schedule. Every time, customer service says the mistakes are *my* fault! Some of the staff has really tried to be helpful, but my overall experience has been very disappointing to date.

  LA Solar installed solar panels on our house in San Diego. Unfortunately we couldn’t get the design we wanted, and the panels are visible from the street. We also had technical issues with the install, but the technicians came out several times until they identified and fixed the problem. Overall, they gave us a low price and worked hard to resolve issues. Would definitely recommend.

  LA solar gave us a great price on our system. We ran into some snags in the permitting process and had to keep on top of them until a manager got involved. Things improved after that. Eventually they got our system humming along nicely. I believe this company will be responsive and give us great customer service over the long run.
