My sales person was very knowledgeable about my utilities net metering and was able to get me the right size for my needs. I had spoken to a few other companies before, but non of the sales reps really knew how the credits worked with the utility for excess power. Panels have been on for a few months now and my electric bills so far often have credits from my system producing a little bit extra. So far I’m very happy.

Roof tiles damaged. Electrical panel insufficient. No grounding. Inoperable system. Paying for service as well as paying Edison for service. Claim batteries were not included but was told to sign before certain date due to increase costs of batteries. Company says the person who I have texts from regarding almof hi never worked for Freedom. I'm paying double fr my power. No response from sales rep..no response from Cust Serv. Completion date was to be 6/2023. Failed final inspection..

Freedom Forever's actions are nothing short of deceptive and unethical! Shockingly, despite my persistent reporting of issues, they chose to activate the system 10 months after I signed the contract with them, and falsely claim the project was completed. To make matters worse, they went ahead and informed the loan company of this supposed completion without my consent, all in a move to secure disbursement.
This blatant disregard for my concerns and the audacious attempt to manipulate the situation for their own benefit is a testament to their lack of integrity. It's deeply disappointing to witness such behavior from a company that claims to provide reliable and customer-oriented service.
I urge others to be cautious and fully aware of the dishonest practices that Freedom Forever seems willing to engage in.

***DO NOT RECOMMEND***... My experience with this company has been extremely negative. They have engaged in illegal activities and hired inexperienced contractors, leading to multiple failed roof inspections. Despite my attempts to address these issues, they have shown a complete lack of professionalism and have made no effort to resolve the situation. Even after seeking assistance from CSLB-Home, the problem remains unresolved due to their unscrupulous behavior - a behavior that cannot be tolerated - shenanigans and buffoonery!!!
