Momentum Solar is an EPC (engineering, procurement and construction) solar energy design and installation firm headquartered in South Plainfield, NJ. Momentum Solar installs residential and commercial solar energy systems for clients in seven states: New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Florida, Texas, and California (in the southern part).
Momentum Solar was founded in 2009 by solar entrepreneur Cameron Christensen who currently serves as the company's President. One year later after the company's founding, Christensen recruited Arthur Souritzidis, a recent college graduate with a degree in business, to join his company in an executive position. Solar photovoltaic systems can be bought, leased or obtained through Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) from Momentum Solar. Affiliated third-party lenders offer no-money-down solar loans to help finance purchases. Company consultants help to inform customers about tax credits and rebates available in their regions, which can further reduce costs.
Momentum Solar sells and installs solar panels manufactured from a variety of companies, including LG, QCELLS, Longi, Hyundai, Trina and REC. Their inverters are all manufactured in China by Enphase.
In acknowledgment of its rapid expansion, Momentum Solar was listed at number 58 on the 2018 INC 5000 list of fastest-growing small companies. Momentum Solar was also named a Top 50 Solar Contractor by Solar Power World in 2018.

First, I bought the max system 25kw, 3 battery's. The communication thru out the whole process horrible, last minute stuff. Second , I was promised my EV cord, which I didnot get or a freaking call to ask how is everything or any training to see what my phone application is even telling me, or if think it's not producing what it should WHO TO CONTACT AND STEPS.!! THEY WENT GHOST!! AT MY COST OF 100K!! I WANTED TO BOAST ABOUT MY SOLAR COMPANY TO MY NEIGHBORS OR GUYS AT WRK. I HAD A WORK BUDDY READY TO BY , THERE AGENT NEVER SHOWED OR CALLED!! THIS REALLY HAS HAPPENED! AND I HAD OPTION TO DO GENERAC INSTEAD WITH BETTER SERVICE ! STILL MAD ! AND DISSAPOINTED .... EVERY TIME I PAY THIS SOLAR BILL!!VERY VERY REGRETTFULL!!
