I very Disappointed with this company and the rude customer service from Jerelyn, I called several times and no one answered the recording comes on and says the Mail box is full ! I finally get a call back from Jerelyn and I ask her to have my panels clean per the contact. I pretend I didn’t have my contract if she could email it to me and she did but left out the 15 year limited service warranty. She stated that there was nothing mentioned in my contract about cleaning services even though she provided me with dates that my solar panels were cleaned. So I waited a couple of days and emailed her a copy of my contract showing I do have a 15 year limited warranty. I again emailed to provide me a contact to their corporate office and refused instead she would forward my messages with her to her HR Department. My question is what does HR department have to do with my contract ? She removed the warranty when she emailed me my contract that is illegal and a breach of contract. I emailed the owner James Hiebert and awaiting a response? I will be seeking legal matters towards their associate .

So horrible, they can't even finish the job, have wires hanging out, boxes not wired in to the system and literally are shut off and they call it a completed and working system... You won't get the perks they promise at signing, let alone the communication they promise, the appointments they make to be met, the equipment on your contract isn't actually on your system, they admit they can't figure out how to finish the job they signed up for and won't offer you any compensation for it. It's been since Sept and I'm a disabled vet with a child in the middle of winter and no power. I was an off grid, cash purchase and we had no Xmas, new years and they are going towards Valentine's day too. Just run away of you don't laugh boisterously in their faces as you turn around.... Just don't do any business with this fraudulent place.
