Worst company I ever dealt with. Took them 6 months to come out then they put panels where they were not suppose too cause they could not read their own diagram then battery does not work and hasn't since it was installed 6 months ago and they just continually make excuses. Monitoring system does not work and hasn't since it was hooked up and they blame the battery yet systems without battery's have same monitoring system.
They do not respond for weeks at a time simply to say they are waiting on a part.
It's been one year since I signed up and still don't have a working system.
I have many friends with systems from other companies and none have Reese problems. I am a disabled stroke victim with a 5 year old in home and need a system that works
