If I could give a ZERO I would. This is the worst service and sales Experience of my LIFE and I've been in customers service ALL MY LIFE. They abandon my install and left my roof in a collapsing position for 2 YEARS. Then fix it and turned it on and never started it properly, so one panel was down and never saved me any money for a year and when I GOT a True Up bill from PG&E for $3,300.00 from the year. They blew me off and only compensated me $600. for my loses. I would NEVER do business with this company. Do your homework and shop around....

I'm actually pretty happy with my new solar system by Vivint. They had a few concerning moments in the beginning but really came through in the end. Such a relief!
