    My project manager and everyone on the team did an incredible job. They had the best equipment, the deepest knowledge, and the best price of any company I spoke with. The panels are made in America and even look a lot better than most. It took the installers less than a day to put them on my roof. It was somewhat frustrating to have to wait for several weeks after that to turn the system on, but that was the city and SDGE dragging its feet on the approval - not Sunlines fault. Great company.

    Most of the companies we talked to passed on us and didn’t want our business because the roof on our home in San Diego is “too small.” Really? Sunline ended up putting 10 panels on our roof. We chose them because of their stellar reviews and because they could work with our roof. Our sales person was also excellent. He gave a very professional and thorough presentation. He answered our many questions and quickly, and didn’t rush us to make a decision. The process got stretched out a bit, but otherwise everything went swimmingly. So far, the system has been reducing our electric bills by nearly ⅔! My husband and I recommend them wholeheartedly.

    My system was just turned on and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. My sales person spent a lot of time with me, and his knowledge of the solar industry really showed. He also seemed to be very honest, and showed me how he determined the right size for my system, based on my energy bills. He was able to answer all of my questions in a timely manner. Everything went according to schedule, and the inspections even happened pretty quickly. After the install, my rep gave me a binder with all of the details on my system, and walked me through the online monitoring system. One of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

    Sunline installed panels on my home in Los Angeles, and I can’t say enough good things about them! The process did take longer than I expected, but I understand that everyone’s rushing to get solar right now. I was relieved that they took care of all the permitting, inspections, HOA approval, etc. for me. The project did run into some issues, but Sunline resolved them quickly. They also offer reasonable prices. I’ve heard some horror stories from people who have gone solar, but fortunately I’m very pleased with my experience.

They had the replacement part on hand, popped it in, and got it back up and running in no time. Very impressed with this company’s customer service.

Right after the install, our project manager showed us how to use the app to monitor our usage. Really cool to see how much energy each appliance uses, and how much money we’re saving!

    We chose Sunline for their excellent reviews and pricing. Our sales rep Matt was by far the best and most relatable salesperson we talked with. He was very informative and not pushy at all. Once we signed on, they dropped the ball a few times. First they were late on our site eval, and we had to call them about it. They picked up the pace after that, but there were also some scheduling issues with the electrician, inspections, etc., and we ended up getting lost in the shuffle. I understand that these things happen, and that Sunline had a rush on solar due to the electric company’s rate increase. They were honest about forgetting to do some things for us and apologized repeatedly, but then were really awesome to us after that. They are very proactive with us and check in on us periodically. Their long-term customer service has been excellent.

    I am amazed at how quickly Sunline got my panels running. It only took a little over 1 month from the time I signed on! Sunline did a great job coordinating with the county and SDG&E, and keeping me informed about the process. They are incredibly organized and professional. I can’t recommend them highly enough!
